Section 1: Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website internationaldelinquent.com, which is also reached through jcruffier.com. The website is operated by Sozsh S. de R.L. de C.V. (“we,” “us”), Apartado postal #50, Av. Tecnológico 4450, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México, CP 33650, as the authorized distributor of the content offered on it. By using the website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Section 2: Ownership of Content

All content on this website, including text, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, video, software, code, data, and the website’s design, look, feel, and organization, is owned by its copyright holder and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Sozsh S. de R.L. de C.V. distributes this content as an authorized distributor. Using the website or buying access to content does not give you any ownership rights to any of it.

Section 3: What You May Do

You may access, view, read, and listen to the content of this website on your computer or other internet-connected devices, for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Paid content is for the account holder only.

Section 4: What You May Not Do

Unless we give you express written permission, you may not:

Copy, print, download, record, or save the website’s content, except as the website itself allows.
Reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, rent, edit, perform, broadcast, or create derivative works from any of the content, code, data, or materials.
Share your account or password, or give anyone else access to paid content.
Use the website or its content for any commercial purpose.
Attempt to bypass the paywall, security measures, or access restrictions of the website.

Unauthorized use may violate copyright laws in Mexico, the United States, and other countries. We and the copyright holder will protect these rights and may take legal action, including civil and criminal proceedings, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 5: Your Account

To buy content, you must register an account with your email address, a password, and your real name. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account. Your email address is your login and cannot be changed. If you lose access to it, contact privacy@internationaldelinquent.com. Please tell us immediately if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

The website is not directed at children under 16. If you are under 18, you may make purchases only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Section 6: Purchases and Payments

Chapters 1 and 2 are free to read. Access to further content requires a purchase. Prices are shown on the website before you pay. Prices may change, but changes do not affect purchases already made. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processors, Mercado Pago, Openpay, and PayPro Global, on their own websites and under their own terms. We never receive your payment details. Once your payment is confirmed, the content you purchased is available in your account. For questions about a payment or a purchase, contact support@internationaldelinquent.com.

Section 7: No Refunds on Digital Content

Purchased content is digital and is made available to you immediately after payment. By completing a purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose any right to cancel the purchase where the law allows this. All sales are therefore final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not affect any other rights you may have by law. Sozsh S. de R.L. de C.V. may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund in cases involving fraudulent or unauthorized purchases, provided that satisfactory evidence of the fraud or unauthorized transaction is submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To request a review, please contact refunds@internationaldelinquent.com and your banking institution. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded content is removed. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, we may suspend your access to the purchased content while the dispute is reviewed.

Section 8: Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your access to any content you purchased, and this cannot be undone. If you have not made any purchases and do not use your account for 30 days, we will delete it automatically after emailing you first; you may register again at any time. Accounts with purchases are never deleted for inactivity. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Section 9: Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you violate these Terms, for example by sharing your account or copying or distributing content.

Section 10: Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The content expresses the author’s account and opinions and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Section 11: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sozsh S. de R.L. de C.V., the copyright holder, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Section 12: Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sozsh S. de R.L. de C.V., the copyright holder, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the website, any material you transmit through it, or your violation of the law or these Terms. We may take over the exclusive defense of any such matter at our own expense, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. It is part of these Terms.

Section 14: Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Section 15: Language Versions

These Terms are available in several languages. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Section 16: Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the website. Continuing to use the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
